These Website Terms of Use apply when you browse this website, follow its links, enter an email to continue to the sign-in page, or contact Osandones through a published email address. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Osandones account access and future application services are governed by the separate Application Terms of Service when those terms are presented for acceptance. If the two documents conflict about an application feature, the Application Terms will control for that feature.
2. Website access
You may use the website for lawful informational and business purposes. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to communicate for that organization. The website is not directed to children.
The sign-in interface may create an account and authenticated session under the Application Terms. Signing in does not create a paid workspace or subscription and does not grant rights to any software.
3. Website content
Website copy, illustrations, credential previews, and product descriptions explain Osandones' direction and planned capabilities. They are informational and may change as the product develops. An illustrative badge is not an issued license, cryptographic credential, or proof of any software right.
Osandones aims to keep public information accurate but does not warrant that every statement is complete, current, or suitable for a particular legal or commercial decision. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, investment, or procurement advice.
4. Contact and sign-in surfaces
The homepage email field passes the entered address to the sign-in page for prefilling. Available Google and email controls can create an account and session; the SSO control is not active. Account access remains separate from any future paid product or software-rights transaction.
If you contact Osandones, provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card data, confidential source code, or other sensitive material unless Osandones has provided an approved secure method and the necessary written terms.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with the website, hosting, security, or another visitor's access;
- probe or test systems without written authorization;
- introduce malware, abusive traffic, or automated requests that impair service;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, or the origin of a message;
- extract content in a way that violates law or third-party rights; or
- use the website to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
Reasonable indexing by public search engines is permitted. Osandones may restrict traffic that threatens security, availability, or lawful operation.
6. Intellectual property and feedback
The website, Osandones name and logos, design, copy, illustrations, and original code are owned by Osandones or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the website and share links to its public pages. No other license is granted except as required for ordinary browser use.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, Osandones may use it without a duty of confidentiality or payment. Do not submit feedback that you are not authorized to share. Your feedback does not transfer ownership of your separate materials.
7. Third-party links
The website links to social networks, code-hosting services, and other independent websites. A link does not mean that Osandones controls, endorses, or guarantees the third party. Your use of an external service is governed by that service's terms and privacy practices.
8. Availability and changes
Osandones may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the public website without a service-level commitment. Maintenance, hosting incidents, and third-party network failures may interrupt availability. Osandones is not obliged to preserve a particular preview, page structure, or previewed feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osandones will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the public website. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Because the website is currently provided without a public paid website service, no monetary liability cap based on fees is stated. An appropriate limitation must be reviewed with the legal identity and governing law before these terms are treated as final.
11. Governing law and disputes
Osandones uses a correspondence address in Borjomi, Georgia, but its contracting legal entity has not been confirmed for publication. These terms therefore do not invent an exclusive court, arbitration process, or corporate jurisdiction. The appropriate governing-law and forum language must be confirmed by Georgian counsel before publication as final terms.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Before starting formal proceedings, you may contact contact@osandones.com so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
12. Changes, general terms, and contact
Osandones may revise these terms by posting an updated version and date. Changes apply prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of future enforcement.
